Don't want to prompt unneccesary debate, but her understanding of Gandhi and his assessment of the Gita is incomplete. Gandhi has written explicitly about (what she calls) the "warrior Gita". Moreover, her demarcation of the

Maybe I am missing out potential applications but I can't understand why I would like to search the entire web with a regex pattern? Find all strings that could be SSNs?

I had the same thought, except this would be a parody of /g/ as well given how much Model M's are popular there.

For almost all of my queries, this is just giving me the list of "categories" on the corresponding wikipedia page, leaving out the wiki-specific ones such as " Articles with Open Directory Project links", etc. Clicking t

I was hesitant to share this video[1] on HN, but I came upon this in my research when the same thing happened to me. [1] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ccxiwu4MaJs Edit: NSFW- language/curse words.

I love your game. I discovered it on a forum mid-2012 and used it to break into and get comfortable with an unprinted happy hacking keyboard. Nice choice of music too, I usually turn off background music wherever I find it. Could you tell u

My voting behavior on HN is very different from other websites. Since the saved stories and upvotes are the same, and upvotes cannot be taken back, I use the upvote as a "save story" button. There are many submissions which are no

I think, and I am not an expert by far, that this just shows what the market value of those art pieces are when removed from their context. You won't pay more than $30-60 for it unless you are told otherwise by someone of authority - a

As someone who has had a harrowing experience at an Israeli airport, I would dispute the claim that they are highly trained or even intelligent. I don't even want to recount my experience at Tel Aviv, its much milder than OP's but
