Also an EV charging station only needs regular maintenance when things (sadly inevitably) break. Whereas a fuel station needs not just maintenance but also constant refueling, so trucks need to come out, which can be a looooong drive depend

We also got airplanes that are way cheaper to run, are more reliable, use less Kerosine and there's a lot more to be bought than back in the day. It's REALLY hard to compare anything 1973 vs 2023 as there are way more factors in p

I have not connected a cable to my iPhone in years (since Magsafe launched in 2020). I haven't transferred data from/to my iPhone via cable in a decade (since Airdrop launched in 2012). So having USB-C instead of Lightning is nice

A fuel pump can fill up 6-7, maybe more cars in the time it takes to partially (say to 80% or so) fill up one electric car. So how is that infrastructure going to work? Edit: funny how few people are trying to comment on the '80% of ga

Let's not forget the reinstalls to have the system perform properly again. I must have installed Win94 dozens of times over the years. I've never fresh-installed OS X once. I frankly don't even know how to do that with the cu
