"It doesn't matter if you build your app in php, ruby, python, asp or whatever, if you're a good coder you will produce good secure code, if you suck, so will your code." Can we please link to this in every new language discussion/flamewar?

I would suspect people to be far more liberal with the "Always display images in emails from ..." if they know the sender personally. But still an important objection, since it obviously breaks the process...

While they are an alternative and available in UK, I would NOT recommend them. The technical integration via iFrame has so many pitfalls, especially for non-technical customers, that you will go through endless trouble. Furthermore, their f

I am german also, and I never heard of people having to use vacation for sick days. You need to provide a doctors note (generally only after the third day of sickness) and then you are set. You just miss the time, but get paid and do not ha

"Facebook has been around for seven years. It has 500 million users. If you can’t figure out how to make money off half a billion people in seven years, I’m going to go out on a limb and say you’re unlikely to ever do." This is a strawman.

Sometimes I wonder if Dixon is indeed a very nice guy or if he deliberately tries to construct that image just to be a stark contrast to some other angels. Anybody had him return all their calls?
