The screenshot has to be contained in something to separate it from the page around it, and window chrome makes it feel a lot more real and less like a mockup. A black border or something wouldn't quite have the same effect.

You might be driving abroad on a valid license, just not a license from the country you're driving in. In which case it's perfectly possible the signs wouldn't be in your native language.

For what it's worth, I haven't been able to get the fan to spin up at all, even when running a GPU benchmark for 10 minutes or so. It might just be there for some worst case scenario when something could reach dangerous temperatures.
