This is FUD. Cast iron seasoning has been mythologized, it's not that hard to maintain good seasoning. Even if you wash with some soap.

You're really making that study do a lot of work it wasn't intended to. Their main conclusion is that the effect size on cognitive function was very small, and basically disappears after 72 hours.

I recently did a 6 hour take-home, but was given an expectation of around 2 weeks to accomplish it, with flexibility for more if I needed it. I thought it was pretty fair compared to a never-ending round of tech interviews.

My first job out of college was working for someone that wanted to implement whole systems in XML documents and use XSLT transforms to turn them into working code and documentation at the same time. That approach didn't last very long.

Talking about a "photon at rest" is kind of nonsensical. From any frame of reference, c is c, and you'd measure the photon moving at the same speed.

They won't see each other moving at the speed of light though. This example is covered in any class on relativity. Having an approach velocity between two objects at the speed of light or greater is different than accelerating a frame
