It can never be perfect because I can’t even read my handwriting. Good thing the need for it dropped to basically 0 as soon as I finished school.

Here’s one where I did a Gaussian Splat. But I talk about my LiDAR scanned head there too https://blog.tymscar.com/posts/gaussiansplat/

The maximum routing speed Unifi Dream Router 7 can do with IDS on is 2.3Gbps according to their spec sheet

Oh, good point. That was actually the first thing I missed, but when I created a new Wi-Fi 7-only SSID, Unifi wouldn’t let me pick anything lower than WPA3 if I only used 6 GHz. So that sort of fixed itself.

Are you sure? I just bought the Ugreen 2.5Gbps yesterday for this, and it uses a Realtek RTL8156BG chip. That’s the one I used to get way above 2Gbps straight to the UDR.

You're right, however, that was one of the reasons I upgraded too. This one can handle the full 2.5 gigs even with IDS on.

If anything, Apple was right back then. Glossy has so many benefits for the places where you’d use a computer, it’s not even close. Having the option to pay premium for those few that work in environments where matte helps them makes sense.

So I got curious and I looked at the compiler source code, and it does a depth-first search. The fascinating bit to me is that there is a consolidateMultiples function in go/src/go/types/lookup.go (lines 286-304) that de
