Not that it necessarily relates to SQLlite, but I've seen this _many many_ times in real world databases in the banking industry. Personally I don't like it and I am luckily not in IT, but as an analyst I have seen many weird data

In Norway, on the 3rd cycle, if it actually accepts more tries, you have to sign the receipt and if the purchase is more than 1000 NOK/130ish USD (might be higher) they have to phone the bank to verify/get a verification code to p

We have a project at work using this dacpak stuff and tbh it's a nightmare to work with since the dacpaks themselves have to manually generated and distributed. It also appears to make the projects (in visual studio) unbelievably slow.

Here in Norway at least, all voting is on paper ballot. You receive an election card (valgkort) in the mail to bring to the polling station containing all your info. ID is also required. If you forget this card, they can print it out for yo

I work in a (small) bank, but we are already quite far in implementing GDPR. Most of it is done by our internal development team or the core system providers we use. No need for external consultants. From what I can tell, the whole banking

I have to agree with this, I never got the major systemd hate. And I started using linux in 1994-95ish and still use it and different bsds. The only thing it doesn't do properly out of the box is logging. I'm not the biggest fan o

I really hate the "too big to fail" meme and I strongly agree with Bernie in that if you are too big to fail you are too big to exist. That should be the priority.

I wonder if projects like openblas can make use of this. Maybe it could be baked into the cpu too somehow. On the other hand, when reading the title I was preparing for a gory Amiga article. In this case it should be on-chip memory or is my
