I would look into t-slot aluminum extrusions if you wanted to do a v2. It can be ordered pre-cut and pre-drilled from multiple vendors at various price points. And would make teardown/setup much easier.

OSC is oriented towards sending parameter and control information to things like synthesizers and stage lighting... sort of a fancier MIDI or DMX. This project appears to be targeted at synchronizing and routing streaming audio inputs and o

Y’all is a single syllable, rolls off the tongue and is gender neutral. By the power vested in me by the State of Texas, I hereby grant the reader (herein referred to as “all y’all”) permission to use “y’all” in perpetuity.

Property taxes in TX are generally higher but the lower average home price sort of negates that. Regardless, I'm looking forward to competing with even _more_ cash offers over listing price within 24 hours of a listing going up.

I'm in the process of converting to emacs after about 6 years of vim - I find just having a daemon launch at startup and always having a frame open is fine once you get into the mindset of sending whatever you're editing to that f

This is how I convinced my parents to buy both a PS2 and PS3 - the PS3 was one of the most affordable blu-ray players when introduced, it just happened to have a game console attached to it.

Their bare metal cloud offering (SoftLayer acquisition) was actually pretty good whenever I used it about 4 years ago. Wasn’t the most intuitive API or UI but you could get a bare metal server anywhere in the world in a few minutes.

I'd argue that if increasing turnout to be more representative of the population as a whole hurts your party then there's something fundamentally flawed with what your party is offering to the populace.

This was a big inspiration for a sort of self-bootstrapping kubernetes "distro" I put together for my previous employer - just wanted to give a shoutout to all the neat things I see coming from bitnami.

I've found that phabricator seems to lack support for more complicated workflows so you end up having to hack together things using tags/workboards/milestones to mirror how your process works. This could be a positive though
