BSV won't help for cases you didn't think about a corner case. (I use SpinalHDL/Scala for all my hobby projects, BTW, and yes, I tend to make less mistakes.)

Your mistake is thinking that all people who don't use it are doing so because they're not curious about it.

How do you know up front who will find the best use cases? Both approaches can work.

What if those people are some of the most experienced ones, who can see use cases, and flaws, that more junior people won't?

For a small case, a colleague took a screenshot of waves in the waveform viewer and pasted it into the AI tool. It worked. But for large cases, use tools to extract all interfaces from the waveform file and save it as a text file, or add $d

Human nature? In the early nineties, it was common for experienced electrical engineers to keep on using schematic entry digital design and look down on RTL and synthesis tools, despite that fact the latter was already way more productive.

As a Belgian, I’m very familiar with cycling criteriums, but we use the same word for both! :-)

If I could choose only 1 criterium to select a laptop, it's the quality of the trackpad. So far, I haven't tried anything that comes close to a Macbook.

I see $667M loss numbers in the press, but I also see a positive P/E ratio? How does that work? Edit: it’s because the loss is an accounting loss due to mark to market adjustment, while the company is operationally profitable. I assume

I have 2 Rb GPSDOs and a few more OCXO ones, but had never heard of CSAC modules and thought that the inevitable next step would be an HP 5061A Cs clock or later model. So now you have me going to eBay in search one but all it turns up are

Assuming that your claims about GoWin FPGA flaws are correct, isn’t the point of this experiment that it was able to exploit these flaws without manual guidance?

I haven’t lived in NYC for more than 20 years, but I still associate it with Dr Zizmor, a dermatologist. His ads were all over the subway. He retired not too long ago. I know because it was notable enough to deserve a feature in the NY Time

I didn't know about this. And if that bill hasn't passed yet, a reminder to push politicians to get their act together is never bad. You don't get to decide what information journalist get to write about.

This can’t a serious comment. Did you notice the size of the Artemis rocket and the size of the payload it sends to the moon and back? Do you expect there to be diamonds just laying these on the moon surface, no mining required.
