   That's plausible. In the version of the repository I saw there was a GPL license file. The new repository does not have that.

   nbviewer has nothing to do with ruby specifically, this example links to a notebook using existing iruby kernel > nbviewer is an open source project under the larger Project Jupyter initiative > along with other projects like Jupyter
