I've noticed that Hotmail's spam filtering has improved significantly in the past year or two (I still have an old Hotmail account). It may be 7 years to late to compete with gmail for new customers, but it's nice to see these improvements

Quick question about your implementation. Do you generate a key for each user using PKI, or is there a shared key for all users? I had a previous VPN provider that used a shared key for each user, which was a security issue.

Rewrite for a standard LAMP stack and deploy to a service like Amazon AWS or Linode. You'll benefit by this in the future as it will make it significantly easier to switch providers when yours jacks up the price like Google did here.
