That includes $250MM to dropbox in Q4. Imagine if they had closed in 2012 - the same statistic would show investments up like 40% or 50% quarter over quarter. It also doesn't include angels.

I'd be surprised if this ends up being exploited - from a practical perspective it'd be extremely high effort for comparatively little reward. Both platforms are ASLR now + no bundled scripting ability in tiff + manual work flow (ie you can

Only took a quick look at it, but I can't see any NOP sleds - and you'd probably need more room to reliably spray the heap anyway. My guess is that it isn't weaponized at all - it'd just cause memory corruption (but I don't have PS).

Do you really NAT all those meters though? It seems much more likely to me that you only have one or two specialized ALG's running. One to many NAT really makes an attackers life easier in a lot of ways - at least as far as computer network

It's very hard to imagine Apple as a traditional MVNO where their brand would take all the hits for network quality and yet have little to no ability to impact things on the engineering side. There is a reason that there aren't premium MVNO

I think you make a good point, but it still leaves open the idea that groupon may have made these changes to combat a (perceived) weakness in the committee.

You're not really providing much oversight if you're only able to detect problems when they're pointed out to you. Enron's audit committee was later criticized for its brief meetings that would cover large amounts of material. In one meeti

Probably for the same reason that marketing done in a foreign language with poor translations or literal translations of idioms is received poorly: it identifies you as an outsider and may evoke shades of exploitation.
