I think the way he said it wasn't directed at anyone in particular. It was just an observation that one week vacation isn't enough. I think he might have been suggesting that the guy should holiday for longer... I've plodded through a miser

I'm no expert, but I gave my 4 year old nephew a set of GeoMag, and he was copying stuff from the manual (he can't read yet, but I can see the pictures), and doing a reasonably good job of it. I was programming at 9, and using animation too

I'm sure the answer is 'neither'. After hearing the "cvs/ugly and stupid" comments from torvalds (sorry dude, but those comments paint a picture), and that hollywood is a world of its own, the only way to win is not to play.

I would go for a check box to turn the auto update on or off. I love this feature. Along with the selectors on the left and all the nice sliders, you can try out a lot of stuff really quickly.
