Going to have to agree to disagree here. Graphical polish would make it much more enjoyable for me, and I spent enough time with the ascii version back in the day to get used to it. Good thing is they can and do have both styles.

I don't mind the UI so much but my biggest issue is they got rid of the keyboard controls. I really wish they'd put some actual effort into the graphics of the game. Even some minimal animations would be nice.

I actually feel like Nintendo's game key cards are a reasonable compromise, or at least a step in the right direction. Trade-able, lend-able, sell-able, fully offline with no need to periodically auth with a server as long as you have

Their investment can still be used, though. The PS5 is compatible with 100% of their invested dollars. Just don't get a PS6. There was never any guarantee a PS6 would be backwards compatible.

Just stop buying their consoles. That'll piss them off a lot more than suing them. Get a steam machine and it'll play 99% of the playstation library. It's not like they have a monopoly on gaming

That's not how ads work. They're done on a bidding system. If the value of each ad impression / click goes down, the bids will go down, but their total revenue would stay the same. It'd have basically zero effect.
