Yes. I’ve used this a bunch of times now and I can’t notice any degradation in image quality, beyond the normal print quality of standard postcards. Quality of the photo hasn’t once been a negative topic from any users so far :)

Nope, all postage is prepaid, so the message on the back plus the photo will have to convey the origin, if that’s what you’re going for.
