Coordination is trainable absolutely, but people also tend to self select sports which they excel at naturally. What does that tell you? Who would your money be on to learn baseball, weightlifting and cross country skiing: a swimmer or a gy

You still seem to be confusing the issue. This isn't about fitness which is trainable. This is about coordination. I'm also talking about the general case, not a specific case. People who do gymnastics tend to be much more gifted with coord

It's nothing to do with fitness or being specialized. It's about "movement IQ" or "coordination capacity" for lack of a better term. Gymnasts typically have a huge talent reserve, and move to other sports and often dominate. It's why many n

Similar relationships exist in sport. Gymnasts can take up nearly any sport and excel. Swimmers can barely walk :) Gymnasts are the physicists of movement.

For me it's been six months with two emails. I replied within minutes to both. They overcharged me 250$ or so. And even though I should be peeved, I love their services and would never change :)

Where's your research to prove your assertion? The consensus in the field is that health education classes about diet and exercise have positive benefits, which is backed up in the literature. So, this study really compared against best pr

Interesting. I strive to pick up a completely new interesting field (e.g. recently electronics, physiotherapy, mentalism, photorealistic drawing) every year or so, so I guess it has a similar effect. Keeps me interested and always gives me

Find or start a company that encourages "work on your time". We don't care when, where or how people work, as long as they kick ass. We have employees that have families, and they usually work while the kids are at school and then late at n

Thing is, newspapers are already taking a battering. 1) Sticking with the status quo is obviously changing their business for the worse. 2) No one in the entire world has solved the huge reducing revenue problem for content producers, so

Biggest mistake I ever made was not focusing on one to exit. I thought once I bootstrapped the first business to a mid-six figure subscription level, that this was easy and I should fund all my other ideas with the proceeds... Meanwhile I u

That's the point. What are you missing? If the people you think you are going to market to don't think your product idea is good, then you have nothing.

I see we take different things from this. I personally don't think that there is anything fraudulent going on, and don't want to be accusing anyone of anything. And, I don't care in the slightest either way really so let's stop indenting a
