You can have multiple display support with Display Link. It's not ideal because it consumes CPU, but it's working fine with my M1 MBA. If I had to do it again, I'd likely just purchase a real nice single monitor.

Wow, good eye. Presumably this particular bug doesn’t require much other than unit tests.

My mind works best with examples, I was about to ask here when I stumbled upon it on the TLA site [0]. The example starts out with a simple piece of code that exposes a bug, then the bug gets fixed and the following question is asked: >

Can you expand a bit? I've been meaning to go through "Drawing on the right side of the brain" [0] for years, but still haven't done so. How does Inkscape help? Isn't it just a set of "pencils and brushes"

I've been using git for a while now, through combination of command line, tig [0] and lazygit [1]. Is it worth transitioning to magit? It's touted as one of the hallmarks of emacs, akin to org-mode. What I'm saying is, I'

Rails is boring tech [0] now. Phoenix seems to top the "wanted" listed, but it only has about a ~1000 respondents. If I had to guess I'd say js/typescript will eventually eat rails, django etc. If I started coding today,

Is there no config available with no Touch Bar for the 13" pro? I would prefer the Air M2, honestly, but still only 1 external monitor support. Mind blown.

Brilliant. I thought about game of life that had such simple rules but amazing emergent behaviour. No surprise that something as sophisticated as tank wars has strategies never anticipated by the original creators.

An FPV drone! It's kinda like racing a motorcycle and flying. Not talking about a DJI drone, but something that's amenable to hacking and fixing because you'll crash a lot when you start. It's a wide ranging hobby, and s

Motorcycle tracks are a different experience. You walk the track to get rid of debris; identify potential challenges. With no cage around you it’s a different ball game. Its still dangerous but proper gear mitigates some of the risk. I’ve h

This looks very cool. It looks similar to the C4 model, where you can have nested components of arbitrary depth ("containers" in C4 parlance).
