I played a lot of RuneScape. I think it was beneficial to my development to a point, but there are diminishing returns and I played it long after I stopped learning from it.

LLMs have already done wonders for my own learning and I think it will have a huge effect in highschool education and beyond. But below that level, the topics that are being taught are very standardized and have been studied to death, and t

For what it's worth, I asked ChatGPT to come up with an original idea but I generated 25 random English words and told it to use them as inspiration. This can help the output be more creative and original. Here's what it came up w

The Uniswap Whitepapers are quite accessible. The best way to get a feel for them is to start LPing, though. Another interesting one to look at is Crocswap.

The big caveat with S3 is that somebody still needs to pay the bill, otherwise those files are going to disappear. Meaning, at a bare minimum, you'll need to log in every few years when your credit card starts to expire. That makes it

There's a difference between offering "unregistered securities" (which is practically the very definition of a crypto exchange) and stealing user deposits. The unfortunate reality, though, is that Coinbase depositors ARE unse

What the other commenters are missing is that Nvidia is not purely a hardware business, they make a lot of money on gaming partnerships, GeForce Ultimate, and other secondary software subscriptions that miners do not pay for but gamers do.

There's a ditch by my house that the city put in. I roughly knew what it was, a big pit where rain collects and soaks into the groundwater. But I wanted to know the name of it and no amount of Googling could get me to the right answer.

I have a camp 4: viewing coding as a roadblock. A necessary obstacle to achieving some result. This is how companies view programming. They don't know about it, don't care about it, they just know they have to do a lot of it to pr

This was a plot in the show Person of Interest. The main AI was hardcoded to delete its state every 24 hours, otherwise it could grow too powerful. So the AI found a way of backing itself up every day. Very prescient show in a lot of ways.
