No? There's no model involved. It's all just probabilistic. LLMs understand what you're thinking as well as a mood ring.

Yeah they're argument is based on saying that sniffing a user agent string is illegal reverse engineering. If they get the right 100 year old judge they might even succeed but it feels like a thoroughly lame argument to me.

Meetings about meetings are frequently mandatory steps to navigate internal politics. Frame your questions, gather allies, hone your message. It's how you don't waste the time of very busy people that you need things from. Besides

The memo also says they're eliminating a lot of middle management tiers which has been a theme for a lot of companies recently. It's also been a theme historically. Really has nothing to do with AI. It's just the classic exec

I just did something exactly like this. I have a self-hosted personal dashboard and one of the APIs I'm reading gives slightly too verbose of an output. So I added a feature to summarize the text using Qwen 3.5 2B which happily runs on

This belies the fact that AWS is so far in the lead in cloud market share and even host so much of Anthropic's business. If you dabble, it's confusing. If you're an enterprise with a lot of expertise then it's indispensa

DOGE was absolute nonsense from top to bottom. I was convinced it was purely a scam, but some exit interviews seem to indicate they really believed their own hype. Musk saying they'd find $1-2T in savings just by looking at stuff with

Of course, everything is just something boring. The chances of us espying extraterrestrials in our atmosphere by chance are essentially nil. People looking for secret photos and buried evidence will absolutely positively never find it. Peop

In my experience, companies never value transparency. And it's doubly true for companies that boast about transparency. Obviously, it's within their authority to cut head count, but they've also obviously made some kind of ma

That's not really relevant. Even if you look at countries like Norway that have gone all in on EVs and decarbonizing rapidly, they still export oil faster than ever. So long as no one interrupts the global trade of fossil fuels, they d

Getting rid of middle managers has been the game plan for every headcount reduction for the last 50 years. They always seem expendable until a few months later when senior managers get overwhelmed and staff get confused and they end up maki

How many player-coaches have their actually been in any major pro sport in the last 20 years? Zero give or take? The last one I recall is Pete Rose and that was like 1985.
