Vienna is very swimmable. Not right now, because its cold and rainy, but on a hot summer day thousands of people gather and swim in the Danube every single day. It's amazing, the water is relatively clean, small fishes inside, its a jo

I hope that's not a stupid question, but why define the syntax as 1/2 and 3/4 (divider) and not 1-2 (column 1 _to_ column 2) and 3-4 or 1->2 or something like that?

Sometimes, very rare, the dub is actually better (yes, subjective, but still) than the original. E.g. I do find Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas in German absolutely hilarious, start to finish. Then I watched the english version - was I surpr

FWIW: It's not any different in Austria. I am so happy to that there's McDonalds popping up. But hell, I'd have no problem making a massive detour on ever trip if there was a japanese 7-11 somewhere on the way...

We had a few interesting "bugs" appear: Mostly logging went down, but EC2 machines kept running. E.g. We are running a lot in ECS with EC2 machines, like a RabbitMQ cluster with 20 instances all across all AZs. None of the machine

That's alright, it were different times. No Ledger or Trezor at the time, no fancy browser plugins or great wallets. A lot changed. But still, 2021, most Credit Card companies will put an (more than) elevated risk score on transactions

Now I think we agree, somehow. For one, the blockchain hype train is currently used and abused by too many. It's a viable technology - at least in my opinion - but as of now, it will not "bank the unbanked", or whatever. It&#
