   I don't see anything from OVH that comes close to an i7 with 32GB RAM for the price of Hetzner. Am I missing something?

   This is correct. The easiest path for the NSA is simply a FISA court order. The whole cert thing is an interesting academic exercise, but probably completely unnecessary.

   I am the author. I did start that blog just for that post. I have never blogged before in any substantial way, but the naivete of comments from the CEO of DDG and the fact that users reading articles like in The Guardian might be misled
