Just my experience. I reckon a lot of recent events like buying oil from Russia has sadly justified it for a lot of people.

It's weird how racism against Indians online is so normalised. I see the same on reddit too.

Also Matt, care to address this: https://medium.com/@kelliepeterson/nice-guy-matt-mullenweg-c... I'm speechless.

The cult of Elon is a large reason for Tesla's ridiculous valuation so it makes sense to give him credit. I just find it hilarious that Tesla's total profit over all these years is still lower than this pay package.

Wasn't the argument that a lot of internal folks didn't think the targets were absurd? That's what I read in the court document.

A third world with a reliable govt doesn't need it. You need trustless currencies only when the centralised alternatives are actually untrustworthy.

My Dad actually had the same problem when he retired. Took him a few years to get out of it and find other things to do. It's weird because he was always stressed out when working. But the lack of stress made him believe he was worthl

I do find some joy building hard stuff. But if I didn't need the money I really wouldn't work. When I fancy hard work I'll just contribute to OSS.

I get what you are trying to say. I'm one of those people who makes that kind of money in a cheap country. I'm just saying its fair from a value delivered perspective. Paying you less doesn't mean the company donates the mone

That's because Switzerland needs 10 years in the country for citizenship. Spain too. Switzerland also has a lot of extra steps in their citizenship process. It is vastly easier and simpler in say the Netherlands.

US immigration is an absolute nightmare especially for Indians. In Europe its simple. Job offer above minimum salary? Apply and get a blue card yourself. Has been in the country for over 5 years and speak the language? You get citizenship.
