Yes they are all different people, but it'd help Apple's case publically, but probably no differnce in court.

Why would Android (3rd party developers) want to be so obviously using Apple's hard work? In the middle of a patent trial? I'd expect all the big markets to not allow the app.

"For years, the RIAA and MPAA have argued that purchasing a physical CD or DVD simply grants one a license ... then the RIAA’s rights have been legally preserved." Or the RIAA are wrong to make such an argument? They clearly heard the first

A more powerful social effect maybe, but that teacher won't keep his job. It sounds like this kid already knows what course he'll pick for uni, if he's going, and the teacher doesn't know the area at all, so can't help in any way.

Sounds like places that sell for 58p (1p cheaper than itunes) could be taken down easier than places just giving it away.

Is it really called the maximise button? I was expecting the same as Windows the first week, but I learnt it wasn't (meant to be) called maximise, I stopped using it. A fill-screen button would be nice, but you just do it once manually and

That's been mentioned a few times, someone even said four big tech companies (e,g. Apple Google Facebook and Microsoft) should just buy one each and cross-licence, the customers would love that.

Commuters have plenty of artificial light around them. Cyclists and walkers would need this more, but it probably blocks out sound. The whole artificial sun-like light thing does make sense, but mostly as a bedroom light.

Last week (when the UK change was) there was the bi-perennial news about if we need it or not, and basically the Scottish don't want it the way we want it, and just because they might soon be independent doesn't change that. http://www.bbc

Bill Gates definitely agrees with Occupy Wall Street. He hates the 1% and helps the 99%. But he didn't get the full message, so he thinks its the top 1% in the world, which is roughly the group with good access to a good computer. So he gav

Depends on your target audience, I haven't done any research, but I'd guess you should aim at Android 2 or several versions back (from now) of Cynagenmod. You just can't expect even a considerable minority to have it by then (if it was on t

Many animals have all sorts of odd sleeps, sharks most of all. There's been no real research into it, but it's something like REM sleep matters the most, and in polyphasic sleep you get to REM really quickly. Maybe 1.5-2h of an 8 hour sleep

Apple puts DRM on for the user's safety. GPL quite reasonably dislikes DRM, but if Apple's reasons are good, the developer still wants to have the app in the store, then the GPL is the blocker. There should be something between the GPL and

Find something with good documentation, support, community, activity, non-corporate use (corporate use isn't as lively or forward-moving). It isn't so much a past example of some use of what you want, just that they are common. Marco of tum
