Agda embraces Unicode. PureScript & Haskell (with the UnicodeSyntax extension) both behave pretty well with a lot of Unicode operators (but rely on bicameral scripts as the leading character for deciding if something like a value or a C

I believe this domain started at the big 4.x version drop which was the turn of a new era in the Browser Wars. I remember using Minefield because the new features were too tempting to miss & this was before evergreen versioning became t

Fx provided a decent enough performance boost with its builtin tracking blocker that more than made up for any difference in real world scenarios. …But I never switch away from Gecko since Fx v2.x.

You can customize the user agent. Firefox I can set the colors & fonts …and this includes different settings for dark themes as well. I prefer this experience; namely on my OLED displays I like being able to have #000 black background

Or at least mirror in the opposite direction. Keep your ‘primary’ communications on something open like XMPP MUCs, Matrix Spaces, IRC–or the likes of Zulip, Mattermost. If the chat flavor of the week changes, at least home base wasn’t ran b

This is incredibly complex for many static site use cases (i.e. blogs, documentation, marketing pages). Most don’t need JavaScript let alone React/JSX/Middleware/SSR/et al. I can’t imagine the long-term maintenance of so

CSS selectors were more useful before the Tailwind fad of dropping meaningful classes names in favor of recreating inline styles but with abbreviations to memorize. I use μBlock Origin + userStyles a lot which both also uses CSS selectors &

Usage of `_` and `-` keys are dead simple home-row keys on Dvorak keyboards. I’ve never switched layouts because most are focused on prose, but programming demands a lot of snake & kebab casing. …not that `/` is too far away.
