thats what I am wondering, how is sending the actual click? does he have access to a PPC feed (from who?) or is he somehow getting the links for the link via javascript and for what ad networks ??

The business is 80% automated, the rest is just maint. work such as: sys admin, emails, approving certain things etc. so yes someone can be trained very easily. Barriers to entry... none really in the sense we do not necessarily have much p
