I agree, but another aspect is what’s lost in text. Even when I don’t have negative intentions, my messages can come across as rude or brash. I feel like I get more negative responses from my friends in the group chat compared to in person,

>>There is no "overspending." There is only undertaxing. This is quite the take. Do you run your household as “there is no ‘overspending.’ There is only under-earning.”

>>What is legal and what is moral are two circles in a venn diagram. Is it moral to pay your taxes? I’m somewhat playing devil’s advocate here, but what if I feel that paying taxes is immoral when so much of it goes towards our Depart

True, and this is why you shouldn’t just hand your kid an iPad and peace out. I’m all for technology and video games for my kids, but I’m vigilant to keep my kids’ eyes away from ads. As a result, my kids aren’t foaming at the mouth for the

This is a good point. I just meant that a very humid climate might be a more challenging environment for this technology, but it doesn’t mean it’s as useful for real world fighting conditions.

Not saying this is good or bad, but this doesn’t seem surprising. Isn’t the point of our government structure to stop any one person from acting like a king. I’m surprised it took this long.

My neighbor has delivery (sometimes two separate drivers/services at a time when him and his wife want different types of food) at least 3 times a week. To each their own with their finances, but I just can’t bring myself to pay all of

While I agree with you, I think it would be extremely rare (maybe impossible) to have a truly tariff-free product. Yes, all of the parts and assembly for a product can occur in the United States, but what about the tools they use? What abou

We still need AI to be able to fully write, deploy and manage software products before software engineers are completely screwed, but yeah there are no protections to help us out like other industries.

While I agree that the default assumption might be that any given nude is actually a fake, I’m curious if it’ll lose any power over someone. If someone generates an incredible AI image of a lightning strike, I don’t care that it’s fake. It’

This is the problem. We use “healthy” interchangeably and it really depends upon your goals. For example, I would label peanut butter as a healthy snack, but you really need to keep an eye on your portions because it is wildly calorie dense

You don’t? Homeless people need somewhere to go and a welcoming coffee shop is a viable option. Removing tables and making it less “sit down” friendly is a good way to drive all of your customers towards grabbing their drinks to-go.

While not sand, I remember reading about the state of Colorado importing specialty dirt from around the world while constructing I-70 through the Rockies. Various properties were required that couldn’t be found from local dirt.

To be honest, I don’t really care about the one guy who can afford to buy a run down house in a nice downtown area just to level it and rebuild a $3-5M modern travesty.

Don’t get me started on Outlook’s search. I can try to search for an email that’s only a few weeks old and somehow it won’t find it. It will, however, find emails that are from over a decade ago.
