This IA chat does not have anything from Microsoft other then having the option to use ChatGPT model that is the same one Microsoft used to build Bing Chat.. But it offer several more models as options to choose from, some even open source

MTProto is the protocol used for secure chats, that is the name of their E2E encryption.. If you do not enable E2E it will not use MTProto and not have E2E encryption. And all of this is only available for private chats, none is available f

But if court ordered then to do so they would have to.. In the previous case law enforcement retracted the request because they found an alternative.. If the alternative stop working i bet you they will go after Apple in courts again..

that is assuming every citizen has a crypto wallet, something is not even close to be true.. i would guess that percentage of people with wallets would be very small and a relative small team could with a relative small number of white vans

yes, but new versions are no longer AGPL.. You could fork the last AGPL version but you would miss on new developments and fixes made after the license was changed.. Or you would have to work the re-develop everything from scratch..

well.. that is exactly what i said.. But maintaining a fork with the legacy v2 code is not trivial to do or cheap.. Google has the money to maintain a browser and i do not even trust then.. i for sure would never trust any of those forks..
