I had pleasure of using HipChat some times ago. That was probably the worst Atlassian product I have ever used. You want to edit the message you just send, you have to type 's/string/replacement' within 60s.

When I want to focus, I pause slack notifications. Slack provide a way to still send it, but in my workplace people tend to respect that setting unless it is a real emergency.

I never relied on Netflix's suggestions, yet still find Netflix interface superior to those of Disney+, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon Prime. To be honest, Amazon Prime is a mess.

Not only that one rich country, 96 other countries performed better than Brazil in the index. In top 10, there are Rwanda and Sri Lanka, neither of which can be labeled as rich countries. (Sri Lanka is an Island though).

I am a Sri Lankan, and as far as I know only developed nation that allow visa free travel for Sri Lankans is Singapore. If you want to visit any other developed nation, you have to show you have enough funds (or someone else is sponsoring)

In this case though, next train was arriving in 4 minutes IIRC. But in Japan, being late even for less than 5 mins is not acceptable.
