From what I understand, no that isn't similar enough on its own. I do not understand this part of the law "very deeply" but basically, there are a few things that google needs to prove [EDIT: NOTE BELOW](1) Levandowsky took i

OK: Here is some context for those who aren't current on the case. One result of the injunction (all of the hearings up until now) was that uber needs to use all of its power to compel levandowski to testify, the extreme limit of which

From what I see, you're looking at the current set of constraints/opportunities and then just inserting a self driving car, the reality is that autonomy and the way people live is going to change things in many hard to predict way

Things will change, people raised kids for thousands of years before the automobile. To some extent, the reason you carry around all of that stuff is because you have the car, and the current state is the best of all possible alternatives f

I'm interpreting this differently than you are. It says nothing about trade secret _misuse_ but alsip does discuss trade secret theft, which is an important distinction. So far, there is no evidence that Uber has used any waymo trade s

Biggest open question: what is the long term value of Lyft to Waymo? To me, this seems like a way for waymo to pilot autonomous technology for customers with low initial investment, but I don't see the long term value that Lyft provide
