Where did you hear these rumors? I could see a WebAssembly target for MSVC in the near future (say hello to Office in the browser) but the CoreCLR needs GC so it's currently out of the question.

Amazing. These types of changes are a step in the right for direction for Mozilla. I abandoned Firefox long ago for Chrome but now with containers, e10s, and Electrolysis I'm planning on moving back.
