Personally I love the concept and look forward to trying it. I don't like that it requires my password, apparently because it uses "su" -- no other terminal does this! This stopped me in my tracks, I'm not going to to fe

Interesting paper, thanks for posting. The paper goes on to say: > One should take care not to overestimate the impact of language on defects. While the observed relationships are statistically significant, the effects are quite small. A

I think if you read the release notes for each version you'll see a different picture: Vite 2 was a big architectural change, but Vite 3 and 4 have been driven by external changes -- node EOL, major rollup release, browser releases. Th

RedwoodJS seems to tick the boxes although I'm not super clear on the real-time aspect. I don't see it from scanning the docs. I think RedwoodJS has to be tried given your requirements. Personally, I'd say go with Supabase, a

Agreed, that's not a feature! It's not every page with an image, eg pages 1, 5, 11 are set with text. Interestingly the rasterized text seems to use Windows-style subpixel aliasing with the red and blue fringes on the text.

Very interesting... do you know any blogs where these legal issues are discussed? I found the case itself https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/ca5/20...

Sure, I didn't suggest otherwise. FWIW I don't think this "freetone" library is very practical. Pros who need it will pay the $15/mo to pantone, in addition to the $99/mo they pay to Adobe.

I think the idea is the palette contains the same colors. So if I have a file that was using some spot colors such as PANTONE 576 C, I can sub those colors for TEMPLETONE+ 576 C, which look the same on screen. When I send that to your prin

I'm a little skeptical as well. Vite is fast I just checked a code base that's at ~900 modules, and vite is ready to serve dev requests in well under a second.

Cool! It looks like the Aurae language leverages Rhai? Or is that temporary? In "Aurae Scope", would logging be in scope as well? Do you think Aurae would be a nice successor to docker swarm, or is that not a product goal?
