I don't think there will be any consequences of importance, for a different, simple reason: people generally resist changing their worldview and will do mental gymnastics to preserve it.

I'm wondering if DSL could be the next evolutionary step of nocode and lowcode movement. The language could be provided by the platform provider (e.g a simple language for expressing website UI/UX), or it could be completely ad ho

One thing that could change around how we use and live around smartphones would be voice interface. Voice recognition is getting better, but NLP/AI still leaves a lot to be desired, and people are less inclined to use it in public. I f

I guess I should have rephrased my question then. How would I go about doing something similar to what observablehq is doing as far as executing user code on the fly goes, short of writing a js interpreter in js?

Good point. Does Observablehq do something similar then?

Reminds me of Headlime's founder, who was kind enough to share his journey, but instead people copied his work/content (and had the audacity to ask for his advice) and then launched their own competing services that are downright

Trivia decisions aside, there are also seemingly trivia things that you just didn't even know you had to know or make a decision on. You don't know what you don't know, so having someone who had done it to guide a future entr

You wouldn't be the first to point that out :) People who do find value in it don't really care about the name.

I made a web app that turns Google sheets into beautiful web pages in 3 easy steps. https://sheetUI.com it's still lacking in many ways, but I'm working on a V2 with paid features that'll be launched soon.

Blueprint describes the thing that is to be built. API describes how two parties talk to each other. I'd say API is closer to a protocol or a contract than it is to architectural blueprint.

I disagree that the IRL analogy of API is architectural diagrams. A better analogy for API would be an agreement on how to communicate what needs to be done (and what has been done) between two persons. The aggregate effect of that over tho

Along the same vein, I made a vi-like editor for editing webpages - not to minimize mouse usage, but to increase productivity with tons of shortcut keys and commands. https://vivpage.com/

I like that the author brings up all the different roles in a company and explains succinctly what each one does with the door. This could be a good way to explain an industry or the roles within a company to newcomers.
