Pascal isn't necessarily the worst choice to learn programming in. After all, it was designed from the ground up for education and Delphi is one of the few environments around sporting a vb-style GUI creation interface. In high school,

If it had been Grozny you'd have a point. But as far as I know the safety of lbgtq people is not under threat in Poland, despite the issue being heavily politicised.

Should not be hard to solve if they would have an algorithm to search Reddit built in. But perhaps they do not, in which case it gets much harder.

Plenty of other EU nations have had deployments in nato context as well so I don't know why you picked these three as being 'veteran'. Of course, the Brits aren't going to be part of this. In any case, not having to die

A OCA certificate (like the author holds) isn't actually that easy to pass. You sit through a 2 hour multiple choice exam. Maybe it was easy for him, but that says more about him. I had to study for a month to get up to a sufficient le

Of course, secret agents play by different rules. In the EU intelligence agencies generally aren't as intimidating so it's less of a concern. But if you do have reason to worry about this, investing in this technology might help a

i think Oracle has a very weak case, because i think it and especially its predecessor have always presented java as an open software, even going so far as to standardize it so that others could easily implement, resulting in the many imple

i personally do not see the value in downvotes affecting your karma either. i agree with having a system to prevent some fanatical minority opinion from dominating, but right now it's just encouraging bullying.
