I didn't know things had gone quite this far yet. I have to agree. There should be legislation preventing this, or the pirates will be morally in the clear. Which does not help copyright owners. Yes, the pirate stole your content, but

I don't think this analysis is any better and at least the article tries to tell a story. Sweden, a country next door with not that many people and no oil has someone named Ibrahimovic who is a bit more than a talent. They also produce

We can throw this 'logic of political survival' theory straight into the thrash. Because this is strictly the logic of n=1. Humans trying to see patterns where none exist. Norwegians did very well, because they did. Maybe they

I don't know whether the design of American cities is efficient. They might be. and I do believe in roads for all users. That's why a bike lane is called a bike lane and not a bike road. Bike paths and 'bike superhighways&#x

Yes. They have considered it essential for good health since forever so they are reluctant to say 'sure we can make do with other oil'. More recently that belief has been spreading because the data seems to prove them right. This

I liked this well balanced approach. What I think is necessary is more capability to have hard modularisation within a monolith, so decoupling is not a reason to introduce microservices. Performance should be the main/only reason to do

you call your blog separateconcerns.com and then advocate for the opposite. functions have their purpose. one of them is separating concerns as is done here. the code on the right is probably better than 99.9% of code out there. there is ev

This sort of fanaticism is why there is no progress on this issue. Let's start by banning low hanging fruit like cryptocurrencies, private jets and superyachts. If it's insufficient we might have to do more, like build sufficient

RUP really isn't waterfall anymore. It's not as linear. It's it's own thing, a sort of hybrid model. The nineties already knew the issue with expecting to get everything right the first time. The problem with it is it&#x

It looks like a good proposal. Botfarms are a pita for a lot of sites. Cheating in games is bad. Asking someone for their id to receive a package or content they paid for is normal in the offline world.
