Consider carefully the usage limits of both services before deleting your account (as you cannot create a new one later with the same email). Claude's €20/month sub offers very little and this has unfortunately kept me from switch

Which plan did you choose? I am subscribed to both and would love to stick with Claude only, but Claude's usage limits are so tiny compared to ChatGPT's that it often feels like a rip-off.

You nailed it. Gemini 3 Pro seems very "lazy" and seems to never reason for more than 30 seconds, which significantly impacts the quality of its outputs.

OpenAI had already announced that ads were coming to ChatGPT. Also, Claude's free plan is incredibly limited and far less popular, so it's easier for them to keep it ad-free.
