I think this quote explains it nicely: >I used to get a great deal from using Facebook—but I understood it to be a two-way reciprocal arrangement because I was driving traffic back to Facebook as well, and reinforcing their brand awaren

Your article is a good one, but the tone towards RV's and living in campgrounds is oddly negative. >>An RV is basically a house on wheels and isn’t particularly inexpensive or minimalist. Our was pretty inexpensive, is more minimali

Granted I've been in campgrounds the last few months and not near many residential neighborhoods, but my experience is that its more trouble than it is worth. We have a wifi extender on the roof of our travel trailer. Finding an open wifi i

Great time to be living. My wife and I sold most of our stuff and have been living nomadically the last 4 months while continuing to work full time. Though we are in an Airstream, not a van. Started in Vermont and currently beach front on t

They are making up for it in merchandise. I have been touring the US this summer and have been amazed by the number of people wearing Angry Birds shirts. Even grown men. Walmart has huge Angry Birds signs right next to established brands li

But thats ~6 hours a day tweeting for $5,000. $5,000 a month is great, but where is the growth in it? Plus it leaves you little time for much else. There is little meat on the bone left over if you are paying someone to tweet for you.

Best line of the article: It strikes me how bizarre this is. To a SXSW audience, Turntable is already past its prime, even though during last year's conference, the product didn't yet exist. At least they understand the issue that Turntab

Last week 2.0 introduced me to the world of responsive design. Converted our current project to it. Higher ups are pleased and it saved me from creating a second "mobile" site. I am a fan.

Before you do much crawling of car dealer websites, you should talk to the companies who build the sites. (Dealer.com/Vinsolutions..etc) They have systems in place that package up the car listings for their dealers and send them in csv/xml
