That's a bizarre argument; the post is about writing an abstraction over another interface, and it's clearly meant to be extended. The abstraction can be written in a safer language than C. Seems like there's an obvious upsid

npm has to deal with scale: it's now the largest programming language package manager, and most project dependency trees have exploded in size as a result. Optimizing that led to yarn and to npm@5.

What informed decision do we learn from a member of a political party getting to frame the narrative about their opponent's secrets though? This isn't journalism, it was a smear campaign.

Not to trot out the "what if this involved the DNC, the GOP would call for blood" meme, but it's certainly justified to feel outrage over a consultant for a party colluding with a foreign entity to influence an election. It&#

I don't disagree with the idea that Reddit is mismanaged, but isn't "born on third and thought they hit a triple" a hyperbolic way to describe the success of one of the top 10 websites in the U.S.? From introducing the c

It also doesn't say when they intend to restore support for Firefox builds. Also, they recommend installing IE. So I'm assuming Edge isn't supported either? This is a horrible approach to browser security coming from Google.

See Microsoft CodePush and React Native for a counterexample: you can certainly publish apps which download code as long as they don't dramatically alter the functionality of the app.

I thought they were going to enter recess to allow them to invoke a law that allows repealing decisions made by the executive within the last 60 days of sessions of Congress. Maybe I misunderstood an article on this?

This is an amazing milestone! I have to ask, why did we need a separate boot disk sent over instead of flashing the previous disk with the contents of a boot disk? I suppose swapping out parts is an expected part of restoration though.

One case in which Brave does not want to replace website ads is for sites that run their own ad networks, or ones which have a contract with an ad network expressing that they will not resell user data. A large part of their motivation hing
