I'll upvote this for the discussion, but I still think it's unreal that we had to create an entire proprietary AMP/Instant Article standard rather than guidelines for making working mobile sites. Even an HTML validator (hello

Thanks for this. :) Learning the type of tricks needed to get DOM performance are hard-won, I imagine, so hearing it straight from a developer is extremely valuable to me.

Does anyone know on a technical level why the Monaco editor feels so much faster than the Atom editor? Is there any mechanism Microsoft is employing that Atom could adopt, or are the two editors that fundamentally different?

They've historically done all pre-orders on Kickstarter and were one of the first massively-successful projects to come out of it (and they shipped, too!). I'd assume it's entirely due to marketing and the ability to maximize

While no longer having access to your money is not the worst nightmare IoT scenario, the futility of digital credit cards usurping physical ones is exasperating. Coin never reached support for more than 85% of credit card processors in the

IMO, this looks like a reactionary move to Brave and a poor one at that: https://brave.com/blogpost_4.html Aside from AdBlock's nebulous ability to block ads except for the highest bidder, they're introducing work

I feel like the grandparent post demonstrates a flaw in the method of quoting passages you disagree with: you can just as easily claim the absence of information in the initial post and set it up as a strawman.

Hey Sir Cmpwn, this is definitely a useful (and perhaps necessary?) project for a massive gaming phenomenon. Thanks for instigating it. If you had an army of 100 developers, what tasks would you set them to do to improve TrueCraft?

I feel this is a clear example of unnecessary negativity. I don't think anything constructive is offered to just write off the advice of someone based on their age without explaining why?
