First of all, I personally really like exploring anything a therapist recommends to me. If they (or people in my life) are noticing something, then it's something worth consideration. I got a formal ADHD diagnosis around 8 years ago. T

This is pretty cool! I've only poked with it for a few minutes on a spare laptop I use for vetting software, but I did notice that the Kubernetes autocomplete only goes halfway, at least in iTerm. If I do `kubectl top` it doesn't

WoW also just got boring for me a long time ago. Sure, they keep adding new things, but it's still riding in very deep treads they dug long ago. It's still fundamentally the same game, and in my eyes showing its age. I'd love

Why are there so few demonstration videos to be found of this? The one tyingq listed is one of the few concrete ones I've ever found. I remember reading about it in the 90's, but never being able to find it actually working.

I got banned in 2008 for similarly silly (and unknowable) reasons. Posted zero, and I mean zero, spicy content. Maybe they didn’t like me posting a soy latte or a photo of a dog. But I got a ban for almost a week. And then suddenly it worke

I might be making a bad analogy, but I don't think this would work any better than dumping the CMOS firmware for a C64 (6502 processor) and hoping you could just run it on an Apple II or NES, even though they had the same architecture

FWIW, there's plenty of volatile fiat currencies that things are priced in today. Stability has never been required for pricing.

Here's what really bugs me. It's clear Apple has good cameras, excellent even. And small. Yet, the camera in my $2000 Macbook Pro? Remarkably worse than even the worse external webcam. If they can throw an amazing camera in a phon

In competitive markets, the issue isn't getting the loan - it's getting an offer accepted. Sellers will heavily favor a cash offer, as it's faster and far more assured of going through. One strategy I've heard about peop

I have to wonder if a better way to look at this over time would be instead to look at the Employment Rate. What % of people have employment? Maybe have a rate that doesn't even factor out people "not in the workforce".

With the Fastly provider, you cannot create and define lifecycle on an ACL at the same time. Trying it will make the plan blow up. So you have to split it into one commit, plan/apply it, and then do another. If you tear down the entire
