It seems that is very nice from DO. I would not expect them to be responsible of data loss in case of hardware failure.

Yet you have two such analog sticks. But usually only one is used the way you describe, to keep walking continuously. The other is usually used to rotate a bit, to look around you. So it seems having an analog stick on the left of the contr

I hoped it was a new post, but it is the one from july. I would like to create a read-only registry, using only Nginx. This page http://docs.docker.io/en/latest/api/registry_api/ has some information but

This is a well-written and articulated article. It is as much a teaser ad as picking 3 chapters out of 15 of a consistently good book and making them available for free. I mean that, even if making them available for free is part of the pro

So, in the case of Ghost being non-profit, this is just some kind of statement about how dedicated they are. Because I don't see what this brings to the open-source project itself (for instance, anybody can fork it and do whatever they

Isolation is meant w.r.t. the concept of resources. Resources include, but are not limited to, network and file system access. Other resources, from which you might want to isolate processes, are other processes (or even just PIDs), CPU cyc

It seems a lot of people think you can sort things out by speaking with higher managment but it looks like the organization is broken, not just the new manager otherwise he wouldn't be in a position to brake a second department. There

I am pretty sure I have seen a 10-inch netbook recently (less than one/two months ago), maybe on Engadget. Otherwise there is still the tablet/keyboard combo. I liked the netbook form factor; I am still using my Samsung n220 every

From the writeup provided as a link in another comment, Russian launchers don't have such mechanism. Instead the engines are shut down after at least 42 seconds to allow the launcher to be further than the launch area. But here the lau

You mean alongside the whole vehicle ? From the link provided in another comment, it seems that the forces on the whole launcher (that made it loose its payload) put the fuel and oxidizer in contact and they ignited. If you meant at the exh

Interesting story. I don't want to make any checks, but it seems the story itself could be false; in some way that's even more interesting. E.g. all the sites that are mentionned could exist, but have been created long ago to give

I think the sites-available is a debianism, not present on all distros. One nice thing that nginx supports is include directives with wildcards so you can e.g. have /srv/example.com/nginx.conf and /srv/api.example.c

It is customary to reply to any benchmark game involving libraries and framework with "it's too simple; it's meaningless". But would it be meaningless if you tried to gauge the differences in bandwidth and latency of two datacenters (e.g. p
