I get your point but olive oil is nowhere near as prevalent as sugar. Some products even market themselves as "premium" for containing olive oil.

False equivalence. This doesn't help advance the debate. The amount of olive oil in the average diet is minuscule relative to the amounts of sugar or palm oil. Nuance is important.
