   "I think all of us would agree that technology has a sexism problem." I'm working in an office without any African American males or Hispanic American males. Does technology have a racist problem?

   Engineers/designers are not as good at negotiating than people in sales/biz-dev.

   It's really funny when Founders are stodgy about giving more than a single percentage of equity per employee when those early employees will probably work just as many hours.

   "If you're a YC founder, you're in the club. You were picked. It's great if you succeed; if you fail, you have a network. If you're a YC employee, you're just an employee of a small startup. YC founders seem, at least from this, to be blind
