This is good advice. A banker is overkill for the level of revenue you are at. PE is a good option

Congratulations! (I am using a throw away id because I'm in the middle of an M&A process myself). In my case, we have orders of magnitude more revenue, but some of the fundamentals of an acquisition process are the same. I have no
