I don’t hear that blue over hired. They seem to be severely short headcount for the work that needs to be done. I think it’s more that inefficient management structure failed to capture process improvements so everything is just really hard

They hired a guy that is at best “mid” to replace guy that was proven terrible. It’s not looking great… Youll know it’s really gone downhill when they hire a woman to take the fall after a bunch of generic executives tanked the company.

The people who installed my counters used no safety equipment. They used consumer grade power tools while spraying them down with water and took no safety precautions. I was actually worried about what would happen if they injured themselve

There are probably a few doctors that get hit pretty hard by that. Most collage grads even with 100k incomes can’t buy a house because any place that pays new hires 100k likely has house prices starting in the 600-1m range

The pricing model needs work. You probably want to be selling minutes in blocks and offer volume discounts. 60$ an hour is kind of high for online tutoring as well esp if quality of tutors is quite variable

The reason private school teachers get paid equal or less often has more to do with the level of education of the private school. The barrier to every for public school teaching in my state is very high. They get paid a pittance considering

School teachers are true believers. They often work at public schools for way below market rates. That often balances this between the two. That being said the reason you pay for private schools is specifically so you can exclude those who

Kids with no special needs and from high functioning families get a lot more education for their dollar. Right now the model is to have those kids subsidized the ones from broken homes and special needs. Really it’s the argument between eq
