   If I were apple, I would be developing something in total secrecy and then release something ahead of the rest of competition when people least expect it. very big ifs but siri can be updated everywhere overnight and I dont see them rushing

   good problem to tackle and I'm sure companies are willing to pay for something remotely close to "good enough".

   This probably won't sound satisfying but I can give you an honest answer from my own experience since I am seeing a shift in the hiring/interviewing/recruiting process myself. I think the market is a bit wonky at the moment.

   Personal take: I think medicine has historically been about categorizing symptoms, patterns etc into diseases (adhd for example). I'm not condoning or encouraging or saying "go do heroin if it works for you" etc but... a prob
