Small nitpick. Wind can be turned off. The turbines can be equipped with brakes to stop power generation in case of oversupply, in addition to other uses.

That appellation seems inappropriate in this case. They made good ice cream. At least it was good to me. And the customer service I received at multiple locations was good too. The only marketing I received was word of mouth referral.

At one time (maybe still), purchasing power for computer components went up much faster than inflation. If your goal was to buy a faster processor, then waiting effectively generated a rate of return based on falling prices.

I would assume the definition of disabled at play here is related to the equipment of the car e.g. wheelchair lift, or service required e.g. driver getting out of the car to help someone in or out of the car.
