Whey protein only works if you don't already have some kind of dietary restriction like lactose intolerance, which I do. Mind you, I really enjoy eating my food and am not looking for a shortcut to "just get nutrients".

Download zombie dice. It does pretty much that. Score tracking, die rolling, etc. And I'll tell you that it's hardly what you'd call fun (even though I'd say Zombie dice isn't that interesting).

I was at a presentation about the logistical aspects of production during PAX and 3D printing is almost illogical. The current machines aren't fast enough, and the quality isn't there compared to what you can get for an injection mould. Fr

The fact that these are "big deal" developers on some pretty important projects is the problem. Also the fact that Mr. Haines is always promoting improving ones craft by writing code makes his comments even worse. I feel that this comment o

How exactly would programming for themselves in a vacuum build any sort of positive confidence? Open source builds up that portfolio everyone wants to see, and working on a project provides mentors to help give new developers guidance.

I was planning on using it as the mail reader for a very active mailing list I'm a member of. It doesn't open up threads correctly, so I'm stuck going backwards and opening each individual message. The design is nice though.

There is a way to clear the app cache in the same manner as iOS. Simply uninstall the app and re-install it.

It's nice to not have to worry about these things though. It would be pretty awesome to one day see the US have a public health care.

I got the email. It's a disappointment, but such is life. I'm in no rush and now I'll get to enjoy the installation of CM 10 I installed last night a litte bit longer.

One could say there's a lot of content on this site that isn't intellectually stimulating. > Off-Topic: If they'd cover it on TV news, it's probably off-topic. I recall seeing a top voted article about a somewhat recently deceased CEO o

I believe that iBooks also count as a publisher minus all the 'good' things a publisher would give you. So I wouldn't say that publishers are going to become obsolete, I'd just say if iBooks really does pick up we'll have 1 publisher inste

The one problem I have with eBooks is the lack of transferability that is inherent with print books. I've read a number of books I'd love to lend to my friends, but because I bought the kindle copy I cannot do that. With a physical book th
