There’s a video of double dribble game glitch for the NES. Fox/family guy decided to rip it for their show and copyright struck the original video. So they don’t even do anything to corporations ripping of people’s works.

We don’t want to deal with having to be forced into having specific hardware, operating systems, and browsers to watch content we paid for. I’ve had perfectly good monitors that were before HDCP was a thing, and these sites gimp the quality

Windows 11 boots pitifully slow on both my laptop and desktop with both having PCIe NVMEs. Pathetic enough to where my vintage windows 95 build boots faster than it. I miss windows when it was rather simple and not some steaming pile of spy

Half the stuff I’ve seen on Amazon also has a month ship time. You can’t convince me they’re not straight up drop shipping from Ali express.

I always thought microcode was feature that started with cyrix and pentium processors. Not once did I think it was a thing on the 8086.

A 20oz bottle is easily 2.29 now compared to roughly 1.79 not long ago.

Weren’t some games that came with Denuvo cracked in a comically quick fashion in the past?

The moment they shove in tracker stuff, it’s goodbye telegram. Non premium users don’t seem to really get stumped by this at least, but still sad to see after them promising “free forever”.

Don’t have a suggestion but I’d personally avoid ASUS. I’ve had 2 models within the recent few years and they have garbage battery life and run so hot with screaming fans on light loads.

I miss being able to hear every little note with full range. A combination of construction noise and some loud music did it for me and I can’t even “imagine” music with full range in my head like I use to before my hearing damage and tinnit

We’ve reached the point where people who wanted to vaccinated have and those who don’t won’t. Considering that there seems to be boosters every so often it feels like it will be seasonal like the flu.

I participated and constantly had to fight against flags that keep severing and overriding our artwork and coordinators threatening to erase it entirely. We managed to make do, but the white only pixel at the end felt like a slap in the fac

This is a nice refresh and a good challenge, especially after NYT unsurprisingly riddled wordle with trackers.

Often enough I’ll see 5+ sites at the top of results for windows errors and they’re basically all trying to sell me golden hammer software to “fix it”.

Games may have gotten better on Linux, but that’s not the case with some programs. Usually riddled with obnoxious DRM that throws a fit in a VM or wine like program. That and nvidia woes are the only thing stopping me from using Linux.

Google search has been next to useless for me at least in the past few years. Results use to be on the spot, and now I get wildly various results that have nothing to do with what I looked for. The biggest issue is it trying to substitute w

There’s a web server out there that runs (or ran on at this point) a 68k Macintosh. I visited it years ago but sadly cannot find it.
