but where will i put the ctrl key then :( in all seriousness, switching the ctrl - caps lock keys was probably the best layout improving decisions i've ever made. highly recommending it for ergonomic and health reasons.

Its true that a separate machine is one more thing that can fail, but if its purpose is so different, as with the "active CMS" - "static hosting service", then it becomes easier to create a replacement. E.g. the frontend

I doubt any CMS will adopt this into its core, since there are so many approaches to chose from, all yet unclear in benefits. These community solutions should perhaps be marketed better, and if there is indeed a need for this functionality,

Yeah, we are using apache2+php-fpm. The application behind is Drupal, which is supported on apache2 only (mostly) unfortunately. I guess from a higher perspective this is a support resource vs savings from technical performance question, bu

Good point, or perhaps more used as the LB? We prefer Varnish as the reverse proxy, but we are using nginx as load balancer, which still shows up as the server in the response header, even though we exclusively run apache on the back-ends t
