I know Israeli and Palestinian media are both biased so I don't expect to be able to change your mind in an internet comment. I've been working around the region for the past 10 years. Ran from Hizballah rockets, Israeli bombs,

In Boston I was standing beside the police as the let looting occur. There were only about 5 shops broken into and only 1 that I saw looted, but the police were standing 10 feet away from one and didn't do anything about it.

Security isn't mentioned once. I really wonder if in their meetings they sold the speed and lighter weight as a bonus for the user or for the collection of data on the user. This must reduce their overhead and be kinder on their serve

Electricity is power, and Sisi knows this. His predecessor lost support during a few hot summer months of rolling power-cuts. It was rumored that those power cuts were the product of sabotage by electricity ministry managers. But since S

I'd really like to see the details of who these 200-300 contractors are. There is a major problem with Egyptian government contracts being awarded to the military or companies owned by generals. I hope it was as competitive and effici

A broad slanderous statement with no evidence...I think they do darn good work in hard situations. For me the NYTimes is often conservative in the people they quote, but they have a good fact-checking network. They fail sometimes, but that

This is true, outside of the US and parts of Europe Google Maps is lacking, Apple Maps is barren, sometimes Maps.me has local people that keep it updated. There is a real gap waiting to be filled. Thi is my experience around the Middle Eas

I think the fall in the price of waste is because there is a glut in the raw material (recycled paper, plastic pellets etc.) that come from the garbage. So it looses it's value because the materials it produces has lost value. Governm

I'd second this, Apple Maps is still useless in Egypt and most of Africa. There is plenty of room for these tech companies to plow some of their profits into data sets from outside San Francisco.
